Coastal Mitsubishi has lost any chance of selling me or anyone I know a car. I got a mailer saying I'd won $2500. My number matched the number on the card, but when I got there they tell me my number has to match what they have on their board. So I ended up with a cheap pair of $8 headphones. When you promise $2500 "instant cash" don't bait and switch people for shirt headphones.

Bought a car a Outlander PHEV in December 2018, 1st routine service appointment and all went great. Very professional, very timely service, friendly staff, I hope future appointments continue to run as smoothly. Only thing part that I will have to adjust to is scheduled times for drop off. As a working professional, most convenient service for me is to drop my vehicle off on the way to work and pick it up at the end of the day.
