I really wish I saw the reviews before I got my new car from Coastal Credit it has been a nightmare dealing with them.. customers services reps are so rude and unhelpfully .. they have threat me with repoing the car cuz of mistake on there part. they haven't offered me any help with trying to the problem.. only thing they want is my money..
I too have had issues with this joke of a company. My son in law was in the military and they called and told my daughter they would repo the car unless a payment was made. Well we made the payment and guess what? They came and took it anyway. Supposedly they were too busy to cancel the repo. Took much wrangling to get it back. They are rude and not helpful at all, they will not work with you in any way, shape or form. Please do no use them... they should be shut down. the worst company ever ...after repo....judgement entered filed,,wage garnishment for 3xs what i owed...court cost. everything is satisfied. i got a letter stating that we should pay the balance...WHAT BALANCE? crappy company....better business bureau should shut them down!
If you're looking to do business with Coastal Credit, LLC...DON'T! Run, run very fast, and very far from this company. This company is NOT BBB accredited, and for good reason. If you have done business with Coastal Credit, LLC and have had a negative experience, I highly suggest filing complaints with the FTC and the Virginia Attorney General. If you would like to be ripped off for a vehicle and then having it repossessed after one payment being late, well you've found the right place. I am a veteran, who is struggling to make ends meet these days and certain businesses like coastal credit llc do not care what your situation is as long as they get their money. Just don't trust this company at all. Just like all the other reviews before me I have had the worst experience of my life with this company. My husband is deployed right now and we have missed ONE payment and our car is already up for repo. They will not work with you on getting the loan caught up or anything that would make sense. Coastal Credit LLC Ft Walton Beach, FL Branch Scam – Unfortunately, I have a family member that is dealing with the unethical business practices of Coastal Credit LLC. Her car payment is due on the 15th of each month, however, she set up an allotment for payments to be taken out on the 1st and the 15th.
