Very nice, comfortable, inviting office and professional staff with a great view and TV too.
Friendly and courteous staff. As a new patient, I felt welcomed. There were no excessive waiting. Two big thumbs up for the glasses with lights...if there was one thing I hated about dental visits was having the light shine on my face, in this office I don't have to worry about that!
I have nothing but great things to say after my first visit! Great people doing great service! Very kind, understanding, welcoming, and smiles all around. Very nice facility with plenty of staff to keep things moving along at a pace that is fast but not rushed.
Love this dentist and practice! Everyone here is so sweet and also awesome at what they do! The crown I just got fits better than any I have gotten in the past. Plus, no other dentist has ever called me consistently after procedures as Lindsay does. 😀

Always warm and professional. Staff is super friendly and works on a plan within my budget and insurance. Always a great experience, even with my 6 year old who can be really difficult.
I love everything about this office. Calm, friendly, patient, professional, straight-forward. "Old school" customer service (e.g. I received a hand written card thanking me for being a patient) combined with modern dentistry practice. Would recommend to anyone.
BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I have been under Dr. Bancroft's care for the last 2 years. Dr. Bancroft is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable professional, who is also caring, really listens and has a gentle touch. Catherine, Dr. Bancroft's Dental Assistant, has been in the dental business for years & it shows in the best way. I was greeted by name as I walked in.
