100 stars out of 5! Coast Pediatrics has completely set the bar for how a pediatrician’s office should be run. In a time where trying to reach any doctor usually means fighting an automated phone tree, leaving voicemails, or dealing with AI bots, Coast is an absolute breath of fresh air. We have been seeing Dr. Fallon for about 9 months now (since my daughter was born) and I can’t express how grateful I am that she is our pediatrician. She is down-to-earth, warm, funny, but also professional. My daughter has been sick a little more than expected with being in daycare, so we have had more visits to Coast Pediatrics than I anticipated, but every time we come in, we feel so well taken care of, I really couldn’t imagine a better practice and pediatrician for my daughter. We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Lien and this practice. Visits never feel rushed and the level of care and attention is exceptional. We were able to get an urgent same day appointment on a weekend and the follow-up afterward was thorough and thoughtful. We’ll be adding a newborn to the mix and feel confident we’ll be in good hands from day one with Coast Pediatrics.
