I believe this was my fourth or fifth visit. Upon arrival, I'm always greeted quickly and immediately taken to appropriate room. All of the staff is well-trained and is able to answer any questions without hesitation. They don't seem to overbook like other places I've used in the past. You get in and get out quickly and receive perfect service each time.
I have been going to Carmel Valley Dental for over 20 years and have always received the highest level of care. I'm not going to say I get excited about going to the dentist, but I have to say they do make it an enjoyable experience. Highly skilled and highly professional. And highly recommended!
Best of the best! I lost a crown on Sunday, called Dr. Bancroft on her call, and was sble to get in Monday!
