Extremely deceptive and inconsistent business practices. I experienced two separate concerning incidents at this office where my insurance was mishandled and standard care was denied. First Occurrence: I came in to get two crowns. This office is an in-network provider for my Guardian DHMO insurance, for which this office was my PCD at the time.
