Their policy says deposits are refunded within 30-45 days. It’s now August 2025, and I STILL haven’t received my money back. At first, their CFO, Pablo Méndez, admitted in writing that they didn’t have money to pay me and asked if they could refund my deposit in installments starting February 2025.
