It’s great to have a place to come work. The company I work for has a space at the brickell location and is extremely happy with the facility as a whole. Great office spaces and amenities. Claudia, the office manager is always very kind and willing to help.

DO NOT LEASE HERE!!🚨 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY 🚨 I leased at Co-Work LatAm Brickell and ended my lease in October 2024. Their policy says deposits are refunded within 30-45 days. It’s now August 2025, and I STILL haven’t received my money back. At first, their CFO, Pablo Méndez, admitted in writing that they didn’t have money to pay me and asked if they could refund my deposit in installments starting February 2025.
