The people over at cns dont give two sh*ts about you or the fact that you are out of meds and need more. The doctors can't make their appointments. They seem to always be late or on vacation (because their job is sooooooo hard). Last time I called i was put on hold indefinitely. These people dont care.
Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I called three times and no one answered during business hours and was just left on hold. Could have killed my self waiting
In the past, I had trouble getting ahold of someone live from the intake department, so it was a game of phone tag for weeks. I became discouraged, but recently I reached out to them again. They have a new intake procedure within the department, so it was seamless this time around. Some of the best, most kind people work here & I feel like they truly do care. Highly recommend!
