Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I called three times and no one answered during business hours and was just left on hold. Could have killed my self waiting
In the past, I had trouble getting ahold of someone live from the intake department, so it was a game of phone tag for weeks. I became discouraged, but recently I reached out to them again. They have a new intake procedure within the department, so it was seamless this time around. Some of the best, most kind people work here & I feel like they truly do care. Highly recommend!

Receptionists and case manager blowing up my phone demanding answers to questions I don't have an answer to. Rude receptionists too.
