Not sure who the mastermind was who decided to give office appointments to a call center... long wait times, unfriendly operators just collecting their paycheck... but then, there's no profit in patient service.....
Carolina Medical Center -Pineville is has worst ER staff in the country! The wait is a minimum 8 hours and you will endure those whole 8 hours. It’s like they are waiting for you to die so they won’t have to provide care to you. It’s ridiculous and on a Monday evening. People were complaining all night and they did nothing but order pizza all night.... something needs to be done and if I can speak to someone who is in charge please direct them to me!
Service has been amazing.. Can't say enough about the staff.. Building is beautifully decorated for Christmas Holidays..�
Had to go for what to me was a scary procedure. Doctors and staff were all a pure joy to deal with. They made me feel so at ease. I knew I was in good hands. :-)
They will charge the heck out of ur insurance and use u as a guinea pig. I have been in and out of there care since from August until December of this yr. I WILL NEVER TRUST NOR SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE ELSE... EVER... They charge my insurance in the sum of over $220,000. I personally think that me and my family were not treated properly .. waiting 4plus hours to get basic updates on my son also for them to put a simple Iv they literally poked my son more than 8 Times looking for a vein and they could not place the iv I literally walked out of the room bcuz I couldn’t take hearing my son yelling in pain and suffering while they have a whole iv squad in the room it took them 3 different doctors and I mean doctors not nurses to finally place the iv .
