I have never remained in such severe pain for entire 12 hour shifts like I have as an admission on Med/Surg at CMC Main. I was transferred here in case tests and/or complications arose I would be at a better provided for facility. I'm sorry though, I feel I would have received better care as an admission at my community hospital, Springs Memorial. I seen butcher shops with better service worse customer service we where there for 6 hours 45 minutes and I keep asking when they where going to check my wife they keep telling me but I have to wait my turn finally at the end of the night when I keep asking the same person I've been asking for 6 hours he told me that he doesn't know how but she was reset on their system and she wasn't at the top of the list anymore oldies after huge car accident my wife was into
