My mother in law is at this hospital now who has Alzheimer's. Rude nurses, they do not help you. My husband has waited since 6 am for the surgeon to talk to him. He arrived after 2 pm. No communication. Worst hospital ever.
Horrible rude unsympathetic just horrible no stars really
After 10days of fighting with doctors at another hospital I came here and got the help I needed . I can not thank the team of doctors that helped me! But I honestly have to thank 11A Staff for everything they did, not only doing their jobs. But the the encouragement and and genuine concern they all had for my well being . After along 18 days and a surgery later I am home and happy
Tried to pay a bill electronically, but couldn't get logged in. Called their billing department, 94 minute hold, asked about paying by check online, forwarded to someone else, 20 more minutes on hold, repeat, 15 more minutes on hold. Finally reached a person who said she could help, but started badgering me for information I didn't know I needed in order to pay a bill online by check. A year ago I was in end stage kidney failure. February 8, 2018 will be one year since I got a life saving kidney transplant from this center. Life has been amazing since then. I went through a rejection and they fixed it. I went through a bk viral infection and they fixed. Went through a blood pressure issue and they fixed it.
