Where to begin? Patient brought in for MRI, but took all day to get it done. Spent a night on a gurney in ER because “no rooms were available.” Finally got a room at 10:30 the next day after being promised one more test and then you can go. Test not performed until 6 hours later and then another several hours to get it read. If this is the best rated hospital in the Charlotte area, I am really worried about my healthcare options.
I was treated with so much care and kindness when receiving my kidney transplant. Everything was explained thoroughly and the aftercare is just great.

I’ve been going there for 48 years.
The first couple of days, we were reassured they would do whatever they could and there would be no rush. Day 3...all hell broke loose! My dad is laying in room 9621 in the ICU in a coma and all they can think about is getting rid of him to get their room back! I was stabbed and assaulted and was treat awful I was left in pain all day night after calling for the doctor many many times! I would not recommend coming to this hospital for any kind of trauma! The nurses were also very bad and uncaring to what happened to me or the pain I was having .
First and foremost the Staff from guest service check in until check out the faucilty equipment
