I honestly don't even know where to begin to describe how terrible this place is! Charged a $200 early move-in fee for an apartment that didn't have burners in the stove, lights were burned out, toilet was running and it was dirtly! The maintenance ppl were surprised to see us moving in when they showed up to fix the problems that should've been fixed days earlier. Management will not reply to phone calls or emails. Terrible service, "renovated laundry room" is an absolute joke. Don't advertise that when your dryers don't even work. Also constant maintenance is a pain. Joke of a company.

Apartments are decently located and maintenance requests were always filled, but outside of that their furniture was awful and the CMB Management Team will belligerently view/tour/enter your apartment without giving the proper 24 hour notice in the lease. They will also enter your apartment to give tours to prospects 6 months until the end of your lease. I do not recommend CMB to anyone.
