Ever since we signed a contract with the management team here, we have had zero issues. Every staff member so far has been very pleasant to speak with and incredibly helpful. Their answers are prompt and to the point.
It's been almost 2 years and they still have issues with maintenance, entering and showing our apartment without notice, listing our apartment for open lease without notice to renew, being high-balled on rent before our actual offer came through, and not notifying us about incidents that occur in our building, including police and resident accidents. Very disappointed with their unresponsiveness.

This was an amazing find and I was definitely in a pinch. CMB found me a place that accepts pets and has a convenient shuttle. It is right next to my classes and work. I would never get time to sleep, if I was out in the middle of nowhere. Thank you so much!
My daughter’s apartment is clean and safe! She loves living there. She doesn’t have to worry about hidden damage.The maintenance team keeps everything in top shape. I was so worried about her moving out on her own. I am very relieved that I found CMB Management to help with the adjustment. They found just the right spot for her.
My apartment is wonderful!! Very good location with everything available in a short distance, including campus.The apartment is beautiful and well took care of as are the grounds for the entire complex. Maintenance is always just a call away and right on time.
The CMB Management team operates with extreme professionalism. They provided all of the investment information and required details in a short period of time. I was very pleased to have found that level of expertise and competence can still be found in the modern business world. I have had some bad experiences in the past, but CMB Management is the best.
