I know these people for a long time, and I'm very confident they are working restless to accommodate their clients as good as they can. As always there is room for improvements... ;)
My fiancé and I have lived at a CMB property for a little over a year. When we first moved here we had a few things to straighten out. CMB helped us get through all the paperwork and the entire process. They run a tight ship and always inform us of any events on the property. I told my sister about the place and she’s moving here to start college in the fall.
I moved here two years ago and happened upon a place managed by CMB. They were great with speeding things up, as I needed a place to live immediately. I love where I live and have already recommended this place to several people. Keep up the good work CMB!!
I love my place, it’s peaceful and my neighbors are awesome. CMB’s customer service is exceptional too. If you’re in the market for a new place, you should definitely call on them.
I have been more than satisfied with my apartment and service over the last year. It’s a great neighborhood and not too far from campus. I have been debating on staying here after graduation.
RecommendedOne of the worst problems I’ve run into over the years is renting from inattentive or uncaring landlords. This entire team is great when it comes to getting things fixed in a hurry. We’ve only had a couple issue, but they made sure they were solved quickly.
We have rented through CMB for about three years. They have been both professional and extremely accommodating. The whole team seems to be genuinely good-hearted people. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the Ann Arbor area.
I just love these guys. They make renting a simple process. Anytime I have need anything they have been on time and on point. Thanks guys!
