Purchased Lennox mini split AC installed 6/6/2022 by ******** ***. Unit was not installed properly and has electronics failure. Unit has not worked for 7 months since installation. Complaint filed with ****** ******** *******3/21/23. ****** ***************have requested service records from Advanced Air which they have not responded. After one year with seven months without AC, ******** ***has failed us. Customer Satisfaction is ZERO
Technician was polite, knowledgeable, answered all questions, solved my problem and told me how to respond. Should it happen again. Will definitely continue to use M. E. Flow for future plumbing needs.
