Kelvin came out to our house today to complete our semi-annual service and inspection . He was knowledgeable and very professional. We happily will continue using ME Flow, as long as the professionals they hire are as helpful and knowledgeable as Kelvin.

Santos arrived on time and was courteous and thorough in his inspection of our AC. He answered all my questions and recommended only what was needed, i.e., he did not over sell me. I was very pleased with my experience and have signed up for the annual service.
Aaron was so helpful and quick - he diagnosed the problem efficiently and we were back to cool air within the hour!

Quick, efficient, and friendly service! The servicemen were very knowledgeable and helpful in replacing our old water heater, and they were able to come out the same day I called them. As someone without hot water for days, I am forever grateful and would absolutely use them again!
Had an issue with my daughters toilet running on scheduled an appt with 5 star for Wednesday after 330. Chad called said he was on the way I met him at home was there when he said he would b there assessed problem fixed the problem and was done in good time. Thanks chad for the awesome service and professionalism in your work
