Both technicians arrived on time and communication with ME Flow was excellent! They sent me a text message with the name and a picture of the lead technician and even had a way for me to track him to see exactly where he was when coming to my home. The two techs both exhibited great care when moving equipment in and out of my house. They used drop clothes and a dolly with rubber, shock-absorbing wheels that helped with moving my heavy, 75-gal Bradford-White water heater up and down stairs to my basement.
