This is one company I never worry about! They arrive on time, the technicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their products are dependable. I have called on them to replace my furnace, my ac and today Percy put in an air scrubber for me. ME Flow is top notch and I will continue to recommend them.
Michael the service technician gave a thorough explanation of needed maintenance and ways to prevent future issues. Very prompt and courteous and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with the service.
I'd like to thank the Fairfax City Area M.E. Flow, Inc Team for their exceptional customer service. We needed a new air conditioning system to replace our 17 year-old Carrier a/c system.
