On Dec/2012, Purchased a new American Standard, split level, A.C,. Unit, from Fast A, C, Clearwater, FL Had 10 Years, Parts Warranty.Every Year, Purchased a- 1 year Labor Warranty-. On 8/2021, had a Compresser Problem -Loss of Freon-. I ahose, to do Nothing -Nada-. Just Avoid, the Problem, for Them ,Easy To Do. Remember A -Warranty, is only Word's, Not Written, in Stone-. Horrible treatment to a loyal elderly customer after spending over $40,000 with this company for electrical, plumbing & hvac repairs & got hung up on by the service manager after requesting his supervisor or the owner of his company he hung up on me I am very disappointed

The customer spoke with the General Manager Ingrid ******** on Aug 6th and resolved the issue with both Mr. Terry ***** and Mrs Tina ***** The customer was provided with the direct cell phone number from the General Manager if any further issues would occur of additional questions would come up On Aug 9th the customer contacted the GM at her Cell phone again to ensure internal was taken and this was confirmed - This issue is resolved from an external and internal stand point Hope this information will assist and please cont... read more

Very disappointed in the business towards customer. I didn't get an itemized bill just a flat rate . Had to hire another contractor to fix the advanced airs work. So it cost me double to do this Job and the serviceman wanted another 500+ to "finish" the work he started. I feel I was overcharged and not have a completed results. I think I should be entitled to some refund.

We apologize for the inconvenience. It is our company policy to bill based on a flat rate which is based off of the scope of work as opposed to an hourly rate. Based on the technician being on-site for two hours as well as travel time; the billing of $250 was reasonable. The technician was also able to provide a temporary fix for the water running outside the home as well as schedule a time to return to provide a permanent fix. Previous owners of my house had an air conditioner installed onto the existing 28 year old duct work. I bought the house 5 years later. They previously had rodent problems and had insulation blown in 2 times to hide the problem and I didn't know it. I discovered I had rats and the insulation and duct work was disturbed by the trapping company. My whole house inside and out smelled musty and of rats! I selected Precision to replace our A/C unit a few years ago and have been extremely happy with their professionalism and service. We've needed repairs a couple of times on weekends and at night....they have always shown up and taken care of the issue promptly. I've done business with various HVAC companies in Texas over the past 30 years and Precision has been the absolute best!
