Horrible place. Management said I couldn't help a friend with her training because the in house trainers complained that nobody wants to train with them. Apparently it's my fault for being in shape and instead of getting better at their job they like blaming me. Sure whatever makes you feel better sweetie.... Very sad that a fitness environment discourages getting in shape and motivating others. That's low even for club fatness standards! Its alright I guess. The remodeling they have going on is taking forever. The equipment is alright I guess. It all shows its age. They don't really care if you wipe down the equipment or not. Go ahead an drop the weights an leave them out when you're done they might even still be there 24hrs later. You might want to bring a trash bag because the trash cans are usually full. Make sure you have your phone or a watch because they threw all the clocks away. Other then that its ok. Go to Golds.
