I have been going to Club Fitness for the past 4 years and have little to no issues, but this morning I had it. There’s a certain trainer at the St. Charles location who is rude and ignorant of other people’s workout space. I was in the middle of using a piece of equipment, and was laying down right next to to complete the second portion of my set, and the trainer blatantly looked me straight in the eye and decided he and his client came before me and my workout, never asked if I was done or if he could use it, just bombarde... read more

Just ran my first mile EVER on a treadmill at Club Fitness today. I’m almost in tears!
Management needs more training on how to handle complicated customer service issues. I’ve had a membership for over 2 years and this past year didn’t use it at very often and in that time I was issued a new debit card. So starting the beginning of January I started going heavily and scanned my card every time I went. Not once was I told that there was something wrong with my account.
