They make it so easy to sign up, but after your contract is up and you want to cancel you have to send a letter certified or registered to cancel! They wont let you call or come in to do it. There facility is gross as well,and not maintained.
The facility on Jungermann Rd in St. Charles is extremely inadequate in so many areas it's hard to list them all. The gym is dirty and outdated, making even $10.00 a month seem like you're being robbed. In addition, it's too small and it's obvious that management takes no pride in their business showing no willingness to invest more than a fresh coat of poorly matched paint. I've been a member for three years, and this is my last year. Golds Gym here on out.
