Cloud Nine is the absolute best! So clean and Karri is a wonderful piercer. She's always so helpful with all of the many questions I have. Highly recommend!

I got a piercing by Karri yesterday, (my septum) I was very concerned it was going to be painful but she made sure I was calm and comfortable before doing anything. I've never had better customer service anywhere, everyone there was so nice, abd the wait time was nothong, I couldn't be happier with my results and the service I had!
I have 9 tattoos, my husband and I went to cloud nine tonight where I got the 9th one. Donovan by far did the cleanest lines out of all 9. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend getting Donovan to do your next tattoo if you want quality.
Karri helped me change out some jewelry about a month ago. She is by far the most informative piercer I've ever worked with, and Cloud Nine's jewelry selection is the best I've found in Bham! I made the mistake of getting the original piercing at a different location (evol ink) and was very disappointed with the quality of the piercing, the quality of the jewelry, and the (un)professionalism of the staff. Needless to say I'll only take my business to Cloud Nine from now on!

Just went to Karri today and got my septum pierced. :) The environment was awesome and everyone was so nice. I definitely recommend it!
I got Donovan to do a soldier memorial on my ribs for 2 battle buddies that passed away in Ramadi, Iraq. The tattoo is so awesome. Donovan is so light-handed that the tattoo hardly even scabbed. He was very cool and the tattoo was reasonably priced to say the least. I would recommend and have recommended that all of my friends go to him. As long as he is at Cloud Nine that's where I'll go to get my work done. Thanks Donovan and the Cloud Nine family!
I have been to a bunch of tattoo and piercing parlors from Seattle-Birmingham and I must say this was the best and most relaxing experience ever. The environment is very creative, simple, and has a display of some very exotic jewelry. I also applaud the owner Keri, she is beyond "professional" and took good care of me. Anyone looking to get a new piercing or tattoo I definitely recommend this place!
