I went to see if they can do a cover up, and pretty experienced poor customer service. They pretty much said no to me and didn't help me at all. It was just a let down, they're were rude on top of it. I would say no to them.
I have had nothing but good experiences here!!! I highly recommend cloud 9!!
I got my second tattoo today, and the experience was excellent!!!!! Matt did an AWESOME job while making me feel very comfortable and at ease. I'm planning on getting more tattoos.....I won't go anywhere but here.
