Dr. Ballard was recommended to me by a friend who also happens to be a dentist in southern Oregon. I was behind on dental cleanings, and decided to give Cloud Nine a call. They had openings very quickly, and managed to get me in same day! Every person that I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies working at the front desk were very welcoming, and helped me sort out my insurance confusion. I had a great cleaning, and felt very welcome there. I am glad to have found a great dentist in the area!

I absolutely 100% recommend Cloud Nine Dental. The whole experience was amazing for me from the friendly front office, to my very knowledgeable and experienced hygienist Jerri and to Dr. Ballard that listen to everything I had to say, my goals for my smile at this point in life and what he recommends after these goals. I wanted to take some time out of my day to write about my experience at Cloud 9 Dental. I really was super content with how the staff treated me. The atmosphere was super positive and welcoming. The quality customer service was just a small part of my experience. Not only was I treated well, the whitening procedure came out beautiful! And I highly reccomend it to my friends n family.
