I went to this Group in September 2021. I was extremely uncomfortable in the office as it was filthy. The floors, and walls looked like they had not been cleaned for years. The equipment was outdated and looked as if it was gotten from a dump. I felt unclean after leaving the office and never have returned. Sad, but true.
I had an exam and cleaning schedule for 8:00 today. I booked this appointment in mid May. They called Tuesday of this week to reschedule to 9:30am. No problem. I arrive at 9:20 with my new insurance which they almost did not take because of the card it came on. I was not seen until 10:00 am (no update while I waited), my X-rays were taken but then once again nothing happened until 10:30 when the exam started. I have been a regular patient at this office for 5 years and when the new owner arrived all dimensions of service have evaporated. Our family goes to this office and the one on Market Street. Dentists are pleasant and professional, though the entire practice seems to be rushed about everything from treatment to presenting results. They talk fast and seem pushy. Not always upfront about the costs that are covered by Cigna HMO. You definitely have to know what your benefits are and be willing to refuse unnecessary treatment.
