Beyond crappy service. Always rotating dentists, over charge for everything and the phone service is very unprofessional. I recently moved and did not receive an outstanding bill, for a service that was denied by my coverage. They sent me collections - I would not send anyone to this location. I sued the owner of this dental office (Nicole Smith) for malpractice and for violating and neglecting the standard of care. they are always trying to upsell. it's really sad bc they have some really great dentists and hygenists working there, but at the end of the day, they only care about their bottom line. they try to get you to pay out of pocket for covered things by lying to say it's not covered or telling you that a higher quality is needed or it won't be any good. They were supposed to call me back about setting up an appointment for my daughter, “they never called back”. I stressed to the secretary to please call me back but she never did. Worst customer service.
