The administrative employee had a dismissive attitude and very little willingness to help me understand the questions I asked. Very poor service on her part. The phlebotomist was very efficient and kind.
As other reviews have stated, friendly staff but very unwelcoming over the phone receptionist. Was never told how long my results would take to come in, when I called to confirm about results I was met with a rude attitude and was hung up on abruptly
Customer service awful! Unfriendly , rude !!
A bit unpleasant and unwelcoming over the phone, an associate Scheduled me a 7 AM appointment when the clinic does not take appointments until 8 am. I drove a half an hour each way and had to miss work only to not be able to get the testing done that I needed for my employment. I’m disappointed that someone who works at the clinic does not know the schedule or policy. Very unprofessional display of behavior
Had a good experience at Clinical Labs in Kihei/Wailea getting a PCR test for travel to Australia. Booking online was easy, and test result was back in 24 hours (promised in under 48 hours). Very little wait for the paperwork, payment and swabbing (about 15 minutes). The cost was reasonable (120$). Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend this clinic for PCR testing.
