Beware of premature bills. Clinical Labs of Hawaii does not claim to insurance before billing you. I have received 3 sets of bills for 3 different dates of service that were completely wrong because they did not know how to correctly claim the services. Meanwhile the other main laboratory on the island got my services covered with no problem.
Very nice staff
Paid for a 1 hour rapid test because of travel time restraints. I rechecked with the receptionist that both of my names and contact information was spelled and listed correctly. After 2 hours of waiting and 30 minutes on hold I was told my medical records were leaked and sent to someone with a different last name. It still took an hour after that phone call for my report to show up. I spent another hour on hold trying to get some money back because the 1 hour convenience was not met and was told its my fault.
