Facility opens at 6:00. Arrived at 6:45 am. There were at least 3 folks still waiting that were there at 6:05. I saw 3-4 workers but no names called for the 1st 17 minutes I was there. Finally after 45 minutes, I was brought in. Though the staff is nice, friendly & gentle with the needle, the operational aspect leaves much to be desired. They truly need to figure a better system of moving patients.
