The technician arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was finished in the expected timeframe for a semi-annual maintenance service. This was my first **** maintenance contract with a company since my stem was installed 19 months ago

Climatemakers has been performing the yearly maintenance on our A/C unit for nearly 10 years. Linda calls each Spring to schedule an appointment for the yearly service, She accommodates our schedule, and she or an associate call the day before appointment as a reminder. The day of the appointment, I receive a text reminder and Rob, the technician, also calls to let us know when he’s on the way to our home. Rob is an excellent technician. The service technician who came out was friendly and efficient. They have to order the parts since our system was bought in 2008. We have never been disappointed with Climate Makers service and will continue to use them especially since they are the ones who installed it back in 2008.

We’ve been with Climate Makers for the past several years and have always had great service. The new unit (circa 2019) is much more quiet and efficient than our old. The service is outstanding, always on time, explaining everything…Our personal favorite is Yvonne; however they’ve all been good.
