I am well into my second A/C unit from Climatemakers, and everything from scheduling to routine or corrective maintenance has been superior. My most recent visit was performed by **** *****. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, & thorough in his replacement of the air handler heat exchanger. He left no trash or anything behind. ***** has been great to work with and updates me of improvements to schedule; a rare, superior customer service policy.
Climate Makers technician ****** has always treated us very professionally and gone above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied when she has completed our system service. Great experience with **** who came out on a Saturday after 6 pm and fixed our AC problem! The service was excellent from beginning to end. He explained everything and solved the problem.
