I’ve had ClimateMakers Of Virginia and also a heat pump in my Condo a couple years back. While they did an amazing job at the installation, I also kept them for all of their servicing and they have never let me down once. My heat pump began having some issues that were unexpected and they sent someone out extremely quickly to determine the root cause.
