Very disappointed in their customer service. Bought a highly reputable heat pump from them a few years ago. Since then, we had to chase after them to follow up with the service contract. (We were told they were understaffed.) In the last 7 months we have had multiple warranty issues develop and they continually blame the product they had highly recommended. Our unit is down again... and again they say it is the manufacture's defective product. So, they either sold us a 'lemon', or we have to consider that their service might... read more
Great service! I have never seen such attention to detail before. Since they took over the service contract for two units, I have had fewer problems and fewer repairs.
