Great experience with **** who came out on a Saturday after 6 pm and fixed our AC problem! The service was excellent from beginning to end. He explained everything and solved the problem.
Very impressed with customer service. They lent us a portable AC until our install date could be accomplished. Technician explained work to be done and did job efficiently and professionally. Very disappointed in their customer service. Bought a highly reputable heat pump from them a few years ago. Since then, we had to chase after them to follow up with the service contract. (We were told they were understaffed.) In the last 7 months we have had multiple warranty issues develop and they continually blame the product they had highly recommended. Our unit is down again... and again they say it is the manufacture's defective product. So, they either sold us a 'lemon', or we have to consider that their service might... read more
