My first class they had an instructor that was there just for me! Everyone is friendly, there are people there of all different abilities and strengths, and the classes are always fun!
I recently purchased a Groupon, and it was just the thing I needed to get back into a workout routine. The staff truly loves what they do and make each workout fun, not to mention a GREAT workout!
