This place is amazing. All the instructors are extremely helpful and nice. Every class is jam packed with moves to work every muscle in your body, even the ones you didn't know you had.
I have never felt so accepted in a gym before. The staff is so helpful and motivating! I am looking forward to my next class as soon as I leave.
ILKB in Clifton Park is great! Highly recommend becoming a member here if you are looking for a motivational bunch of people to help you get fit and create healthy habits!

iLoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout has made me lose 8 pounds already. It's honestly the highlight of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!!
I thought joining ILKB-CP would be just another gym, I could not have been more wrong. The workouts are challenging, the instructors are motivating and the sense of community is like none other.
This place is amazing. Since joining almost 4 months ago, I've lost 2 inches in my waist and when I flex my abs I can actually see them!!
No matter what time of day, I know that I can walk in for a great workout, stress relief, and some laughs. The staff and atmosphere are aMaZiNg!!! The best part- I actually have muscles to flex now!
