ILKBCP is awesome . The instructors are great, so motivating and caring. They want to help you succeed on your fitness journey. I wasn’t too sure when joined in August,after first class I was hooked

Since joining I have already lost some weight and I have already seen some muscle gain. I Love Kickboxing is more than a gym, it's a community and everyone in it wants to see each other succeed.
