ILKB in Clifton Park has been an absolute blast! The workouts will kick your butt but you always feel amazing when it's over. The staff are fun and encouraging and the other members are supportive.

ILKB is a great workout. I signed up for 10 class Groupon. By class 8 I became a member. The instructors are great motivators and the workouts are a lot of fun.
ILKBCP is my favorite pastime! I've always struggled with HIIT before I came here!! I love it so much, the instructors are so motivating and fun! I have withdrawals if I have to miss a class #addicted
