I took my teen daughter here first for a cleaning when we moved to Clermont. She said it was the most gentle cleaning she has ever had. I then saw Dr. Ortiz for some of my own dental work and he was absolutely amazing at explaining everything and making sure things were just right start to finish. Nicole is great as well at letting you know what is going on, being compassionate and professional. Kiersten took many of my calls and was so helpful and patient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Friendly, efficient staff. Nicole the dental assistant is very good and explains everything she does. Keirstn at the front desk was very helpful in making sure the insurance was entered correctly and helped me with the forms that needed to be filled out. Four stars!
Went to Family Dentistry for treatment. No judging from anyone, but a solid commitment to resolve your dental needs, and I needed. Best decision I made, as everyone is Family. No hype, no hypocrisy, no false smiles. Everyone cheerful, and playing music everyone will love. They have TV monitors in every treatment room with scenes from a beach, fish and turtles. Highly recommend Clermont Family Dentistry! The staff and doctors are amazing! Just took my son there for his first dentist appointment and he did great and loved it! My boyfriend also got a root canal done last week and enjoyed his experience! Thankful for a wonderful team!
My experience at Clermont Family Dentistry was excellent. They were very courteous, kind and friendly, especially Dr. Ortiz and Nicole, Jenny, Keirsten and Miss Linda.
I LOVE GETTING MY TEETH CLEANED HERE! The staff is always friendly, especially Linda & Tammy! So informative and ready to answer any questions I have! Highly recommend! Dr. B is awesome as well!
