If I could give negative stars, I would. This dentist office is a scam. 1st off I do not have insurance. When I called I was told on the phone the initial visit was $129 and if I follow through with the treatment that the $129 would be taken off the price of the treatment. I went in and was looked at, found out I have a cracked filling that needs to be fixed and was ready to do so today. They said the earliest they could see me is may 8th due to COVID-19. We attempted to explain that our special is to help people pay for their emergency (severe pain, bleeding, cellulitis, swelling, infection, etc) treatment during the pandemic. I visited this AMAZING office today, and I had to take my sweet granddaughter with me. They were so sweet, understanding and accommodating! I can’t say enough great things about these amazing professionals! I had a relatively “new” procedure done, and I felt no pain or discomfort at all! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!
My son (10) and I both see Dr. Buchele and love everyone we deal with. The entire staff is so pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The best experience you could possibly have!
I was in the middle of closing on a house.. when a negative account showed up on my credit report for $68 dollars. ($50 from Clermont Dentistry, plus 18 fee from the TEK collection agency). Nobody called me. I haven't changed phone numbers in over ten years. Haven't changed emails. My address has changed only. But nobody bothered to reach out to me to tell me to take care of this bill, which I found out was the difference my insurance didn't cover from my last cleaning service(which I paid at the office so I have no clue why... read more
I recommend Clermont family dentistry for all of your dental needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone that works there creates an incredibly peaceful atmosphere for something that most people dread. It has Literally been the best dental experience I've ever had and I will be going back for all of my dental needs.
