I had my first visit today after moving to Clermont just two months ago. I was so impressed by the thoroughness of the visit, the level of professionalism and how nice everyone was...from the front desk to Dr. Ortiz. I was so nervous about going to the dentist due to COVID...and finding a new dental practice after having gone to the same dentist in NJ for decades. the office is spotless and is very compliant with CDC COVID guidelines. I cannot recommend them enough.
I understand with covid 19. that social distance is important but for plan for it. Today I took the day off from work to have my teeth cleaned. I was asked to arrive 15 mins prior to my appt and call to let them know. I did called at 146pm and was told when a room is available I would be call in. at 210 i was asked to come in to be screen. my temp was high because I was sitting in a car with the hot sun shining in with a temp of 97 outside. 10 mins later It was 97.7 but since the appt. time was 2 they would not be able to co... read more
We love Clermont Family Dentistry! They truly treat everyone like family! They go above and beyond for you and are all so sweet and accommodating! Everyone from the front office all the way to dentists themselves are super professional and helpful!
**EXTREME MAKEOVER** Well, at least to me. I could not be happier with my 2 new fillings on my 2 front teeth. Dr. Buechele and all of the staff at Clermont Family Dentistry were super friendly, professional, and just make you feel welcome! No more editing photos. No more hiding my smile.
