I’m currently a resident at your property *** ***** ** *********. I can’t seem to contact everyone by phone so here’s an email. This is by far considered the most unsafest property in the ********* area. I was warned by a friend not to move to this property and I truly regret not taking the advice. Their has been multiple incidents of drive by gunshots while me and my kids are sound asleep. We witnessed several incidents where people have got into domestic disputes. im currently living in one their properties, Cypressridge Apartment. My unit is INFESTED WITH MICE, LIZARDS AND ROACHES. Exterminators are coming out weekly to my unit the problem persist! Office staff is doing their to help with Disturbing INFESTATION situation, but they are at a standstill! Clear Property Management is not responding to calls nor my email. I would advise any future resident to steer well clear of any properties managed by this company. In June 2019, despite making an appointment for a move-out inspection weeks in advance, with my husband checking with the reception staff that the appointment was still valid, the manager did not turn up. My husband told that we would be notified of the outstanding utilities bill so we could pay it. We had paid our rent....we just needed to pay outstanding utilities. I have been a resident of Clear property management property for 3 years now and the experience has been so rewarding. Our property manager is great and she is always helpful when I have an issue, or a problem. She listens and acts. I plan on signing my new renewal for another 12 months.

Disorganized property management Unprofessional staff Dishonest tactics at the property management level I highly suggest prospective tenants stay away from any properties managed by this company.
