I currently live at **************************** in ****** ***** . This has to be the most poorly managed property Ive ever lived at. **************** and shonequia do nothing for the residents and know very little about the actual property they work on. The property has bad roaches but went months without pest control but still charged the residents , none of the management is ever on the same page , Ive been stopped more than once and offered drugs on the property , when the office closes theres loud music playing all nigh... read more
We have a ***** infestation at ******* ********** ****** has done nothing. Theres eggs, roaches and ***** p*** around the apartment. They arent willing to waive a transfer nor break the lease. We tried over and over with them and they seem to not care one bit.
I currently reside at one of their apartment complexs . Sunset canyon and have been discriminated against and singled out on multiple occasions. I have tried to reach the property multiple times due to the consistent discrimination from the office staff . Especially the office manager who lacks communication and leadership skills. . I would give a 0 if possible. This company is impossible to get ahold of. Voice mail box is full and leasing office will not give number to manager in main office. I need to speak to someone there in regards to lots of issues I have been having with the apartment complex.
If youve also made the unfortunate mistake of leasing with this company start saving every text, every conversation and every email. Watch your billing statements for fraudulent charges. Track every document and send everything via certified mail. Take photos of everything and every document. Ive experienced fraudulent charges, outright lies, code violations and harassment. Sunset Canyon Apartments - Advertise 'gated community' - gates have not worked in months. Rarely do they work for more then a week or two.Noise complaints are not dealt with.Pipes break, already have the water shut off 5 times this year in my building.Manager is never on site to address concerns Staff respond to any issues with "our hands our tied"They purposefully delay providing information on apartments until after the market value goes up from 984 to ****. I have always paid my rent on time and my work orders have always been completed promptly & a professional manner. This place is ridiculous and money hungry and doesn't do anything about anything. first I requested an air filter a while ago and they said they couldn't give me a new air filter after being there for 6 months they said only new move ins get air filters that's ridiculous.second my bike was stolen from my second floor balcony while i was out of town and nothing was done it was too late to file a police report.Third the gates are always broken both the front and exit gate allowing homeless people to come into the property and ... read more
Fair housing is an issue for our new *******.As a good Resident /Tenant the response I have received from ********* at ************************ was just flat out ridiculous ,and not in line with fair housing standards. She basically told me is essence "Be Patient" ?? Wrong wording for a resident who has been living with roaches from an unsanitary neighbor ,who in the process took down (6-7) other apartments now infested with roaches through out the entirety of the 12 month lease .
