RecommendedHad my car worked on and drove back to my hometown in Northern Kentucky. Made it there but ran into issues with the the part from the repair. Long story short, the part was bad, not the service! But Bobby,Tim and his wonderful team helped me out to get the repair I needed in NKY to get back home to Texas. Best auto service shop in the Clear Lake area, in my opinion. They take care of you by going above and beyond just the service you requested (i.e. safety checks). They will make recommendations on other items that may need attention, for the proper function of your vehicle. They always call to explain if additional repairs are needed before they begin any extra work. The courtesy shuttle to/ from the shop is always appreciated. - satisfied customer of ~ 17 years -

It’s been about a month since Clear Lake Auto helped me with the a/c in my truck. I’ve been meaning to get on here and let everyone know that they took good care of me. It’s a month later and I still think about how Chris Beers and his team helped me. They do business the old fashioned way and I would not hesitate to come back to them for any other auto services.
I had an issue which was a misunderstanding based on some repairs they did on my Honda Civic. Their customer service was excellent and they remedied my concern. Thanks and I will continue to recommend Clear Lake Auto.
Took a Scion TC 2009 into the shop to have a noise we were hearing diagnosed. Had an appointment for 10 am, but dropped it off that morning. I called at 3 pm to check on the car, as our son was wanting it back that day. I was told they were just taking into the shop bay and they would call me back.
