Just used Clear Lake Auto Service to take care of a small passenger bus. Tim was my point of contact and he was very professional and took the lead in making sure we received the correct parts in a timely fashion. GREAT service, reasonably priced, and open on Saturdays. I took my car there the other day for a widow issue Bobby and his team are quick to diagnose and fix the problem and get me back on the road keep in my car dry on the inside highly recommend 10 out of 10 great service
If your looking for 1st class customer service and honesty, you won't find a better shop. I've been using them for years and always see the same employees. If a company can hold on to employees for years, they must be doing something right. Knowledge and professionalism is far beyond the typical mechanical shops. They fix it right the first time, not just " Throw money at it" until they fix the issue.
Well nobody likes to replace a transmission but the day came for me. What i thought would be a week or so without a truck only took a couple days! This shop was so professional and transparent with my repair/replacement options it blew me away. The shop was super organized and clean as well, which definitely is a reflection of its reputation.
