Dr. Barb is the help I needed. I was struggling with some things and didn't really know why. She gave me the insight to understand the whys and hows. Possible solutions where brought up and things definitely are better. Definitely looking forward to more sessions.

I met Barbara at a business event and then for an individual session. I was suffering from post-election depression among other maladies. She helped me see where I was stuck.
