Came to do an appraisal of my home for a refinance and was completely rude. Lowballed the value of my home. Was a shock to the bank and myself. Stated in his appraisal that there had been no remodeling done in 15 years. Absolute lie. I bought the property 3 years ago and told him and he saw all the remodeling that was done.
