I was not happy with the initial cleaning.John promptly dispatched the cleaner again and she did an excellent job. They did not charge me for the initial cleaning. I would definitely use them again.
Staff was friendly to my elderly mother.
Just had this company clean our home today, and will be getting them to come regularly. They showed up on time, were prompt and courteous, and did a thorough cleaning. We have a new crawler at home, so it is very important that the surfaces are clean. The Cleaning Masterminds did a great job, leaving our home and floors squeaky clean and safe for our baby to practice his new skill.
The woman who came to clean my house was very nice, just not efficient. The manager(?) said that's because she likes to be thorough, but that was not my experience. She needs training and supervision.

Very pleased with the work with. The workmen came out on time. Attitude was excellent and very friendly. Highly recommend them for value and attitude.
