Clayton of North Charleston has terrible customer service and management. Do not go there if you expect to be in your home within 3 months. They are super slow and very unorganized. My daughter picked out her home in Dec, closed on 1/3/19 but still hasn’t moved in yet! Their excuses are blamed on their vendors, who work part time and make up their own schedules. Unacceptable!!! I do NOT recommend.
WORST EXPERIENCE ME AND MY MOTHER IN LAW EVER HAD. PAID CASH. NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL HOME DELIVERED TO MY PROPERTY MAY 8 TH STILL NOT COMPLETE. THEIR CONTRACTORS ARE A JOKE. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. CONSIDERING A LAW SUITE
Dismissive, Racist...worst customer service EVER! If you ask someone if they’re the only person working and can assist you and they respond yes, you wouldn’t expect for the same person to call someone from the back to print something off. I thought you said you’re the only person here! �� JUST SAY YOU DONT WANT TO HELP! I honestly don’t understand why for the life of me people get in customer service if they don’t know the first thing about it! Shame.
They request I bring cash for everything but then they don’t have receipts... something fishy is going on here. Communication skills are poor. They lack concern to fix your home if it’s damaged in transport and refuse to clean it after the contractors putting it together leave a mess. On the plus side, AJ was good yo work with. He deserves a better company to work for.
We drove from Georgetown to look at one modular. At 4:30 We were rudly turned away saying that the office was closed (the time on the door said closed at 5). Will not be making the attempt to drive back.
I loved Ms. Allison Babb she is the best at Clayton Mobile Homes and I would recommend everyone go there and see her if you are looking for a trailer and want a hard trustworthy person!!!!!
